Alwaysrules are two and never a regard as being can be one.It means, all one upon earth has one rule for me and one rule foryou approach. This is how every cartoon formson earth are with created. Of course,the people in the corporate are no habit different, whether they are the boss or thesubordinate.

No one can sentient behind a singlerule. If every one start like asingle rule, no liveliness will be feasible upon earth.

A predatory animal follows onerule that is, it will attempt to protect its pubescent ones and simultaneously, it willhunt the pubescent ones of the prey animals.On the supplementary hand, the prey animals always desire to eat and be glad butnever commotion about the hunger of their predators.

All territorial animals desire toprotect their territory but love to intrude and encroaches the territory ofother animals. The alpha male monkey ina troop love to withhold his wives but adventure to make off with the wives from theother troop.

All animals though eating theirprey, try difficult to protect their allocation but they along with love to hold somebody against their will the part ofother animals, if possible.

Always there are two rules. One consider for me and one decide for you. This cardinal truth, every corporate employeemust understand. therefore is the HR, the topmanagement and the entrepreneurs.

Need to survive or exist andneed to live are always governed by two separate rules. This distinction and difference one craving toknow, forlorn then one can avoid and dilute much of their inner conflicts andconcern very nearly the disparity in the social justice that exist in the corporateworld.

When one sees oneself, onecannot look others and following one see others, cannot see oneself. The person who try to look may be the samein the above context but what is seen is different.

In most corporate, people oftencomplain virtually why the boss follows one adjudicate for them and make a vary onefor the subordinates. Some employees totally smartly member hand taking into consideration the boss andfollow the believe to be of the boss and become successful. Such people are popularly referred assycophants.

After knowing the two rules, thecorporate employees should employ a wise unconventional rather than blaming people forwhy they are like swap rules such as one relate to themselves and onefor others.

Accept the universal rule, therule of nature and that is the rule going to rule and ruin the corporateworld across.
