The environment of sympathy is certainly missing and no one cares nearly others. The trend across the sectors is that puppets and dummies are created to save direct exceeding the encounter .This nice of attitude wherein people desire to direct teams or practices subsequent to an iron fist can be detrimental to the accrual prospects of the organisation.

Everyone enjoys and wants a status quo. No senior approved wants to fight adjoining the system and guard the interests of the team members. Whenever there is a major project escalation or a failure the team members are left to fend for themselves which in reality affects the morale of the contributors. A good Example of genuine Leadership

The following example was narrated by Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam

In 1979 SLV 3 was to be launched and Dr Kalam was the Mission Director and his function was to put the satellite on the orbit.
